Did you know
I’ve been low
Been trying to find a new soul
Just something to hold
To keep me joyful and warm
I’ll bury it deep
Under the trees on my street
To keep a part of you with me
I can’t believe I’ve never warned you
You can’t deny you’ve always wanted to
Stood for change
Now all you seem to do is
Charm the strange
You’ve had your share
You’ve ruined it all
Still you don’t seem to care
You want this
I want this
I know you’ll hate me for this
Did you know
I’ve been low
Been hiding deep in a hole
Three days in a row
Been waiting for you to show
I’ll bury you deep under the
Trees on my street
For nobody else to see
Standing on the edge I think of words
that I will put on my tombstone
The boy that you’ve been knowing
Since forever got in too deep all alone
Smoked a cig at the corner at 5th
I made a wish that we would always be like this
A friend with a reliably fine musical taste posted this album on FB and I wasn't disappointed. Love the guitar sound and the passionate vocals (melodic enough to not pass as screamo or whatever). Punk rock spirit yet with a lot of dynamics (definitely a yes to the Dischord reference) and compact songs that won't leave your head for a long time. Many many
great tunes on here but for the moment USMA and Lay Low have to be my favorites! Great band, very happy to have found them! perpendikel
I love this EP because all of the tracks are a much-needed visit to hauntingly pummelling beats and distortion, that combined, create a beautiful and heavy vibe. Soul Blind to rule the world!!! roblybobly6
